So Mr. Dolezal has open a website www.myfriendfreddie.com/ for the promotion of his upcoming book about Freddie Mercury. It looks fishy to me because people must pay 10$ or 15$ depending on the the package they choose to pre-order, without knowing the final cost of the book because it has yet to be decided!

He's been promoting this book for a while but I'm wary of having to pay $10-15 just for a booking fee... I'll wait lol

I love the disclaimer...
Disclaimer: This payment guarantees the reservation of an autographed or dedicated autographed copy and does NOT include the cost of the final printed version of the book, as the publishing cost has yet to be determined and prices may vary depending on format, language and country.
Bollocks to that.

I’ve build up a somewhat of a mutual relationship with Rudi and talk to him from time to time but I do have to agree this does seem a bit sketchy To me.. something tells me he doesn’t have enough money to actually produce the boom and this is a way of getting the money to reach his goal of what he needs.

If that was the case he probably should of done a kickstarter or something similar to get the funds.

So..Kickstarter without the (presumably) fees...or governance.
Either naiive, greedy, or dodgy.

His website mis-spells "Valentin" as "Valentine"...

The project will probably end up like the book The Mammoth Book of Freddie Mercury and Queen which never saw the light of day...

"I waited more than 25 years after his passing to put my story with Freddie down on paper."
Yeah like I am morally suprior than all the others who wrote down their storys. I really wonder what he has to offer.

That guy could have made so much money on Queen related-things for a long time but no...
I don't care about the book anymore.

A way to get it done quickly and in true DoRo fashion would be to get text that was written for another story, use the Find and replace function in the word processor and change the character names to queen....
For example, this nice seamless passage:
My Friend.—Welcome to the Garden Lodge. I am anxiously expecting you. Sleep well to-night. At three to-morrow the diligence will start for Kensington Gardens; a place on it is kept for you. At the Market my carriage will await you and will bring you to me. I trust that your journey from Germany has been a happy one, and that you will enjoy your stay in my beautiful land. “Your friend, “Mercury." 4 May.—I found that my landlord had got a letter from the Freddie, directing him to secure the best place on the coach for me; but on making inquiries as to details he seemed somewhat reticent, and pretended that he could not understand my German. This could not be true, because up to then he had understood it perfectly; at least, he answered my questions exactly as if he did. He and his wife, the old lady who had received me, looked at each other in a frightened sort of way. He mumbled out that the money had been sent in a letter, and that was all he knew. When I asked him if he knew Freddie Mercury, and could tell me anything of his castle. Both he and his wife crossed themselves, and, saying that they knew nothing at all, simply refused to speak further.
