3 questions for speculation
1: Return of The Champions and Ukarine were shot in HD. (Tokyo 2005 as well?) Realistically - is there any chance these will be re-released on blu ray to make them look as good as they possibly can?
2: Initially, it was announced that ROTC would contain footage from other gigs. It sounded like "only" including Imagine was kind of a plan B. Were any other gigs filmed properly, apart from Sheffield? (Imagine, although it looks decent enough, is probably "just" the screen feed from the night)
3: And what about 2008? Every show was filmed for the big screen, but apart from Ukraine, were other gigs filmed with a more elaborate set up? In South America there were various tv broadcasts, but I guess that was done by the tv station(s) in question... There was also a short clip on youtube somewhere, which showed Justin Shirley Smith "under" the stage, I think in Argentina, talking about recording the gig. Was South America meant to be a live release at some point?

In 2005 the Hyde Park venue was probably filmed in full lenght - there is a video of BoRhap on YT too. Do not know where it was taken from...

That borap hyde park video was an official digital single back then, coupled with the audio version of the hyde park recording, the studio recording and the wwry musical recording.

I have both the ukraine and the Sheffield show in HD. They are cut, because they are from a shortened HD tv broadcast. But they look really good.

Was South America meant to be a live release at some point? I'd like to know more about this. Back in the day they were releasing 1 track from each concert. You could buy them on QOL and make your own Q+PR live gig with your favorite tracks. But the concerts in SA were the only ones left out from this project, and I never got why. They were the final concerts from the collab and the setlist was packed with new songs. By then they were playing 6-7 songs from Cosmos, Roger was singing a couple of songs from his B-stage drumkit, Under Pressure was played as a duet between Brian and Roger in every concert but Santiago, and maybe the most important bit, they didn't mess up Cosmos Rocks like they did in Ukraine. Any of those concerts would be a killer live release from the tour. The concert in Santiago was filmed by a local TV station and fans were able to get the recording and share it. Under Pressure from Buenos Aires was also filmed, I suppose for a TV broadcast as well, but I never heard anything about the full concert either. I was at their concert in Rio and I don't think there were proper cameras for a decent film, only cameras for the screen feed. Never heard anything about São Paulo either, all we can find from both concerts are amateur videos. IMHO, despite not being HD, the full Santiago + Under Pressure from BsAs is the best stuff from the Cosmos tour we'll ever get - the band was well rehearsed and proud to show their new work. And at least they're pro-shots with professional audio too. --- On a related note, I wish Super Live In Japan would get more attention (and maybe a higher-res worldwide release). It's definitely much better than ROTC in every aspect: setlist, performance, and even the way it was filmed. Feels more real and less "cinema".

Those November 2008 gigs were amazing. Wish they'd put out an official release of them instead of the first gig of the tour.

Yes they are great in terms of the setlist and performance, but there definitely seems to be something wrong within the band, as there's zero genuine interaction between Brian and Paul.

Ukraine 2008 was recently upload to the official YT channel in full, and in 1080p I think.

There are a few Proshots from the Buenos Aires gig, from the local TV station TN (look for 'la viola' and other clips like telenoche).
