I'm not an expert on lost or parallel versions, but my question is when "Trident Studios Early Version" was recorded. I put together six versions from 1971 to 1975, one of which is the "Short Lost Re-take" and I realized how archaic this version is, suggesting it is even far from the De Lane Lea version. Could anyone tell me about it? In Queen Vault there is nothing about the year of recording. mega.nz/folder/pItAFKoD#4ehy5geGZ3iebqJa3douQw

The file needs a decryption key mate.
The De Lane Demo was recorded in December 1971. Not sure on the early version though.
The excerpt below is from the link you posted.
Keep Yourself Alive (De Lane Lea Demo) 3:51 Written by Brian May Appears on: UK/US 2011 Queen Deluxe CD, De Lane Lea Demos acetate Recorded during studio downtime in December 1971, the De Lane Lea Demos are the first Queen studio recordings. The only known original source is Brian May's own 12" acetate. The De Lane Lea Demo of Keep Yourself Alive begins with the needle hitting the acetate; giving it an authentic and special feel. The intro is on acoustic guitar before the Red Special takes over. The fade-out ending is similar to the album version.

I'm sorry, I changed the post with the key, I didn't see that I had this activation key.

As far as I know, the acetate it was found on was undated. All the other songs were the same mix as the debut album.
So this pretty clearly indicates that KYA was the last song to be finished. It was completed for their first BBC session in February 1973, with a different lead vocal. @sebastian gives a date of May 22, 1973 for a KYA studio session, so maybe that's when Mercury laid down that vocal?

So the version that I marked as "Trident Studios Early Version", is perhaps only one of the first demo takes but little worked on? Does it resemble De Lana Lea's version with the acoustic guitar in the intro, but possibly recorded during the main sessions of the first album?

Yes, with the acoustic intro. It's kind of a half way between the sparseness of the De Lane Lea demo and the eventual final studio version.
Considering it's on an acetate with all the rest of the completed album tracks, this suggests this was a "final" version in their minds at some point in 1972.
This version:
And the fact that they recorded it yet again in 1975 illustrates how they were still unsatisfied with it. Three studio versions in as many years - that's pretty unprecedented.

The Real Wizard Honestly, I like the versions of De Lane Lea more than the finals of the album, even though they are test versions they are of a higher quality than the album. Just a basic comparison, just pay attention to the drums that were recorded, even Roger thinks they are terrible. And for me 'Keep Yourself Alive' is not even good in the 1975 version, if it was recorded in 1977 I think they would get the perfect version. But this is just an opinion, and I think it is better to leave it as it is!

Yes, I have heard Brian say that they felt the final album version lacked the feel of the live performance s and was a bit flat. Perhaps recording at Trident in the middle of the night affected the sound particularly the drums.
