That's One Vision in German, from 1987.

Apologies. I did in fact realise it was a German version of 'One Vision'.
My statement was more an exclamation. To me, it looks and sounds completely absurd. Funny, but absurd!

To me that isn't particularly odd, or "wtf".
I also thought it was fairly well known.

I've been a huge Queen fan for about 29yrs and it's the first I'd seen / heard / heard of it.
I do live in Australia, however, so things take time filtering down to us here sometimes!

I think this guy is a really good singer, but based on this, you'll have to take my word for it. Try and get past the first 10 seconds...

Hey guys, I never Post but fell the need to chlarify.
I had to google it, this Laibach Band originates in slovakia.
I am german an the mentioned song is sung in an strong accent. And it uses only ruff parts of One Vision and is not a proper translated version.
The language used is compiled out of words from the 1933 - 1945 time to suggest that certain flair.
I for myself was kind of discusted by the song but soon realised, it is some kind of joke. But that kind of joke that would not worked in germany very well or was not made for the german market, as far as I know.
Greetings!

For fans of geography, Slovakia and Slovenia are different countries.
Laibach are from Slovenia.

May not be that weird, but here's another one! Not sure how many people know about this, nor wanted it, but here we are. It is quite the listen, for all of the wrong reasons

Here's a fun one. One of my favorite bands Phish was playing in San Francisco in 2014 while the San Francisco Giants were in the final game of the World Series. Giants won and you can hear the crowd starting to go fking bananas at 3:17 as word got around, so Phish segued from Moma Dance > We Are The Champions > Moma Dance.
Short and instrumental, but fun nonetheless

I actually like this. The song will appear on her next album Rockstar, in honor of her now being in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. A lot of the other songs on the album will be collaborations with actual rockstars, but this song is just Dolly.

I’m guessing it will have some sort of tie in with the US Olympic team in Paris next year judging by this video. Not a bad version tbh

From memory this sounds like something that was on the Queen Dance Traxx ages ago. Not too bad at the time. Now it sounds really old. Cheers, Ogre-

I have that and have listened to it several times over the years, and this is the first time I've heard that one. On a personal note, dammit, I HATE that kinda 'music'!!

I found this channel a few months ago, and I was recently looking through their old videos and found this interesting cover of WATC. If you guys have any thoughts on this or any weird covers you want to share, please do! This is incredibly weird, We Are The Champions in 4/4 instead of 6/8. I don't know how I feel about this.

This is more "kick-ass" than "odd" but I'd never heard of this group and this version before, but they're really good. Sounds like they are a bit more well known in the UK?

Definitely not a run of the mill cover ... it stands by itself.

Wonderful! A 13-year old tribute album to track down. The hunt is on! The digital version to start with. Haven't heard it yet, but what I like in advance is that several deep cuts were chosen to cover.

Thank you both, but no. Those options are way too easy! The hunt is what I used to do before there was an internet: I’d go to used record stores and thrift shops and garage sales and look through their used albums and 45’s trying to find all the “rare” Queen (and Queen-related) songs I didn’t have or hadn’t heard. (Non-album b-sides were at the top of my list!) So now this CD is number one on a brand new list and it gives me something to hunt for when I’m out and about. Maybe I’ll start tomorrow! Right after I have my eggs poached for breakfast I guess.
