Just a random thought, but I wonder if their 'God Save The Queen' will be re-titled to 'God Save The King' in future concert setlists? Obviously it's an instrumental so there's no lyrics to change.

I'm not going to lie, I thought the same.
The recording came about when the audience started singing God Save The Queen at concerts and when you could apply it to Elizabeth II and the band. It was almost like a running joke that there were the two things symbolised but now that there is just the one thing. It looks disrespectful singing God Save The Queen now as there is no queen and renaming it God Save The King loses the connotation of why the band even include in their live sets.
I dunno perhaps I'm overthinking it, I think whatever happens will still be a bit awkward and will take some getting used to.

Maybe, they just called it anthem, so nobody is offended and nearly no change had to be done.

I thought about this too, but considering it's more about the band than the actual anthem or country (IMO), it won't change.

If they changed it God Save The King does that mean they have to have dodgy 80s mullets, wear Doc Martens and sing about Love and Pride?? ;-)

It used to have a double meaning when played.
Now, it doesn't.
That's it.

Literally the 1st thing that came to my mind when the Queen died. I even went as far as to think "will they even change the name on the streaming service too?" as a passing thought.

Unless they re-record it now the Queen has passed and call it God Save the King, then it is still playing the 1975 NOTW version, titled GSTQ. Nothing changes.
