Well I can live with that... That doesn´t ruin my day. But I see that it does to some of you...
But for the money they ask...They should include more things. I´ll repeat myself...The most prolific era in terms of studio recordings and that only means a CD with outtakes...Like News Of The World which were not so prolific....Something goes wrong...

But that doesn’t say whether Freddie or Roger sings it. Yup, I've never said that. I knew it! Somehow I always suspected that Why Don’t We Try Again had to be a Queen song. One of the few Bri or Roger solo tracks that have made me wonder “what if Freddie sang on this” from day one. Thanks for the info Bjorn! Hola Marc! Tanto tiempo! Usually when we say that a solo track had it origins in Queen sessions, normally those tracks weren't sung by Freddie at all, except for a couple examples (Too much love will kill you, even tho that track wasn't meant to be a solo track, it just happened to have legal problems with the other authors and Queen Prod Ltd. and got withdrawn from the album) That applies for Man on Fire from The Works sessions, and the rumoured Queen demos of Freedom Train (Happiness? 1994) and Driven by you, just to quote a couple of songs. Maybe I’m not reading this right but it reads like you’re saying definitively that there’s no Freddie vocal version of Man On Fire? Hola Marc! Tanto tiempo! Just asking - how do you know there is no take of "Man On Fire" with Freddie on vocals? As far as I'm aware, nothing is known about this track's supposed origins during the sessions for The Works aside from the fact that it was proposed by Roger, and *possibly* demoed. I'd love to be wrong, and would be very interested if you know more than the above. ThomasQuinn also asked you, so maybe he and I were both confused? Note: I’m not trying to “gotcha” anybody, it’s just genuine curiosity.

[Spoiler: The LP is not the Ludwig master according to the sleeve) Well, according to the link Queen shared in their Instagram story today, the LP is the Bob Ludwig master, however it also states that TMLWKY is a different version than what appeared on MIH, so I'm not sure about this... (https://store.udiscover-music.de/p51-i0602448768865/queen/the-miracle-face-it-alone/index.html) And that’s what the Korean website which first leaked the details also said about TMLWKY.

I'm just speculating. Not setting anything on stone.

Thanks for this. Are the video interviews and documentaries longer than we already have? It was already discussed in other thread. The video content is the same as on GVH2. Except for Breakthru, they included the version from Greatest Flix II

When The Miracle Box got announced I made a pre-order just like many of you. To my very big surprise the box got delivered last Saturday. Since then I get a lot of questions and requests. Please do not ask me to send material, as it is official material I won’t leak or share! I’m happy to share some information if people are still doubting whether to purchase or not, so here we go. Read it all or just the bits that interest you, but beware that it are huge spoilers. It could take the fun and beauty away from discovering new things from the band we all love. When Love Breaks Up I think this is the same as the demo of A New Life Is Born that got leaked years ago. However, during the first line Freddie’s voice is more prominent over the harmony voices (only during the first four words) after that it sounds the same to me as the leaked demo. I Guess We’re Falling Out I'm not sure how many versions of tis song were leaked but the one I know fom years ago is 2:35 or something in length and it starts with the drumbeat from My Baby Does Me for a few seconds. I heard there was also a longer version with the ending from Hang On In There after IGWFO. Not sure if I have heard that one before, I don't have it and on Youtube I only found the 2:35 version. I have compared that one with the one on the Boxset.
The track on the Box set is 3:42 There Is no starting with My Baby Does Me. Some Studio sounds and Freddie saying: 'Oh... Hang on... I'm gonna make sure this is right' and then he starts to sing. From then it seems the same take as from the 2:35 version we know. However there are small differences. Not sure if it is heavily autotuning of overdubbing or parts from another take or session. Biggest difference is the second verse. On the boxset there are actual lyrics where the leaked demo has some 'dee dee dee's' from Freddie. After the track 'ends' around 2:40 or something, there is some studio chat and then the Hang On In There bit. Ending with Roger responding with Yeah, yeah, yeah to something I don't understand. Dog With A Bone Dog With A Bone is 3:48 and I compared it with the Fan Club Message version, at least I think it is, that one is 7:08
The version of the boxset starts with a few seconds studio sounds before it is the same as the 7:08 version. It ends before the fanclub messages start. To me it seems the whole track is the same, but there are some minor differences. I can't really tell if some lines are overdubbed, or just heavily autotuned, or replaced with a line from another session or part of the track. You Know You Belong To Me and Water I had never heard of these before. You Know You Belong To Me is credited to Brian. It has Brian on vocals and is just him and acoustic guitar. Despite it’s short length I believe it’s a complete song. I think it’s beautiful. Water is credited to Queen and has Brian on vocals. It really sounds as a demo and feels somewhat unfinished to me. The Videos on the DVD and Blu-ray I’m not that technical but they look way much better than on the Greatest Video Hits DVD from 2002. The credits in the book say this: I Want It All: Directed by David Mallet. 35mm film 4K scanning by Simon Marbrook at Final Frame. Conform editing by Chris Frankland. Restoration by Luke Davis. Grading by Pete Lynch. Film Archivist: Richard O’Casey at MEFA Film Archive, Norwich Breakthru, The Invisible Man, Scandal, The Miracle: Directed by Rudi Dolezal and Hannes Rossacher for DoRo Films International. Video transfers by David Dean at Westpoint TV. Video restoration by Silver Salt. Remastered in HD by Oli Maingay at Vanderquest. Too Much Love Will Kill You on the LP This sounds to me just the same as it is on Made In Heaven. The only huge difference on that DVD/bluray is I Want it All, they've done a superb job, re-editing the original 35mm films and it's slightly different to the old version, some edits here and there. About the other vids they've just upscaled them to 1080p keeping the 4:3 aspect ratio (thank god) but still they are the same old videos from the 2002 remaster, nothing new there.

So according to Brian 'they took this all out on tour' - must have missed The Miracle Tour The MIH tour was rather shitty. I can't believe Freddie couldn't bother, they had the nerve to play tapes instead!

So according to Brian 'they took this all out on tour' - must have missed The Miracle Tour At 6 minutes different definition of what the Alternative Miracle CD consists of, I hope my version comes with that CD as I have all the B-sides and single versions on CD already.....

Yeah, that was very curious. I wonder if that was just a weird way of saying extended remixes?

What the concert promoter did at the time was they're were indeed scouting for venues to play but were told by the band in the end that there wasn't gonna be a tour.

ok, I just discover that the demo of Invisible Man is different to the one on the 2011 remaster. I just skip the first time, becouse the firsts minutes are exactly the same as the 2011 version, but the last 1 and a half minutes, on the 2011 version is a long instrumental part. On this demo that one and half minutes have on top of that instrumental section a very interesting guitar solo from Brian that extends during one and a half minutes

My friend got his Collector's edition the other day and has let me borrow it! I'm listening to the miracle sessions right now. In my opinion Party sounds MUCH better than the released version in this take.
Full spoilers for the chat bits in Party. Freddie says he finds the drums a bit loud, and then says lets try one. Not much chat in this take.
Khashoggi’s Ship has many different lyrics in this take. More ad libbing after the "Just having a total eclipse" line. Freddie shouts "we were peachy" before starting "This one's on me, so let us do it just right" made me laugh the way he said it.
After the song finished Brian says "quite nice" Freddie responds saying he's "not sure if it was dead on" and Brian responds saying "It was good!" and Freddie wants to hear the last bit back again. I liked this version but I also liked the released version unlike Party.
In The Miracle take you can hear Freddie ask if John is happy. Miracle starts with a little ad lib before the lyrics begin. The final verse is combined in this take, so you can hear Freddie sing "The one thing, We're all waiting for, Is peace on earth" whilst "That time will come one day you'll see, When we can all be friends" is played faintly in the background. John's ending is really upbeat and doesn't fit the song in my opinion. Sounds nice though, perfect for a different song.
I'll post some more small recaps if anyone is interested? I want it all is next and has the most studio chatter by far at the start.

I've just seen the unboxing and was also intrigued by the Alternative Miracle disc. It's not titled as if was 12" remixes and b sides, and he could see the track listing. Interesting...
Then again, he also said Scandal was one of the last videos they did. Has he forgotten the Innuendo album? Bless...

The name just sounds like more alternate takes.

A couple of the demos have just been recycled from the 2011 remasters but on the whole, especially the miracle sessions, that is interesting. I'm blind so I don't care about the DVD but the interviews will be good.

Has QueenOnLine shipped early for anyone, or are they still honoring the Nov 18th release date?
I am hoping they ship early before xmas ties up shipping for the holidays, but I have a feeling that I will not receive it until 2023.

Video's are just polished version of the VHS/DVD. They posted The Miracle 'Remasterd'. I heard the original reels were lost? But the description says: Taken from The Miracle, 1989 Remastered in HD from the original 1-inch videotape masters by Oli Maingay at Vanderquest. Video Restoration by Silver Salt. I see Video tape so it's probably that. It does look bad sorry to say. These weren't shot on Film tape? or just a lazy remaster? There have been issues with DoRo for over ten years now. Clearly they still haven't been resolved and the band have decided to make use of Ai upscaling technology as a last resort, but looking at the Invisible Man video, I'm not impressed. It looks more like a 250 line upscale than a 625 from 1". Mind you, 1" quality was never as good as 2" quality - that's clear from the noticible quality drop in BBC programmes in the early 80's when they began to change over.
