Recently I made a research of all Queen-related releases from WESTWOOD ONE Superstar Concert Series.

Probably this information will be useful for collectors.

These sets are interesting because they feature:
1) the original radio mix of famous Christmas Concert at Hammersmith Odeon (1975-12-24) with all imperfections of the performance.
2) the original mix of famous second concert at Wembley Stadium (1986-07-12) without overdubs.
3) Still commersially unreleased recording of concert in Los Angeles (1993-04-06) by The Brian May Band as part of 'Back To The Light' US leg.

I've just messed up. After reading this interesting thread, I found an original WW1 CD for sale, Show # 93-26. I jumped on it for the Brian May LA '93 tracks. After a long wait, it just arrived in the post but I should have paid more attention to the OP because mine is actually a 1 x CD and not the 2 x CD as described above. It does indeed say Show # 93-26 on the CD but also that it is 'Disc 1 of 1' for broadcast June 21st 1993 (it's actually an 'Off The Record' special). Off The Record is different series and is useless actually.

there are at least 2 different series with live shows: Superstar Concert Series and In Concert.

Superstar Concert Series started in the early 80s (I think) until 2011

In Concert started in the early 80s until 2000 and in 2001 the series has been called "Absolutely Live"

These are the Queen related releases:
