No point listing mine, as they change position depending on what mood I'm in I would generally rate We Can't Dance lower than The Lamb, Foxtrot or Nursery Cryme though.

Let’s see if I can remember their albums and what I like from them…
Duke – absolutely tops A Trick of the Tail The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway Wind & Wuthering … Ok, I haven’t really listened to the rest, at least in 15 years, so the list kinda stops there. I’m not the biggest fan of And Then There Were Three, though I do like Follow You Follow Me, and their 80s albums kinda blend together, though Abacab is probably the one I recall distinctly and like the most. I like the singles from the s/t and Invisible Touch albums, and Selling England is also solid, but anything before then I haven’t listened to. And I tried to listen to We Can’t Dance but nothing really sends me on it. And finally I like what I heard from Calling All Stations, but haven’t listened to it in full to form an opinion.
…Man, I really need to listen to more Genesis.

Calling All Stations is an absolute belter of an album! But is it a belter of a Genesis album? To me, it's their Cosmos Rocks.

I've never really been much of a fan of the very early material, until, that is, some of the early stuff appeared on Seconds Out. I much prefer those live versions of the PG era material, than the studio versions.

Calling All Stations is an absolute belter of an album! But is it a belter of a Genesis album? To me, it's their Cosmos Rocks. I like it a lot, but it's true that some of the material strays into solo Banks or Rutherford territory - not surprising under the circumstances. The title track, along with There Must Be Some Other Way and The Dividing Line are among my favourites, those worked well in a live setting too. I'd say it's more a Genesis album than Cosmos Rocks was a Queen album, if that makes any sense.

I'm one of those odd people that prefer Phil to Peter and I was always a fan of Ray from his Stiltskin days. Man, he can sing!!

Let's have a go at it. Should be easier than rating my favourite Queen albums.
1. A Trick of the Tail 2. Selling England by the Pound 3. Wind and Wuthering 4. Invisible Touch 5. Foxtrot 6. Duke 7. The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway 8. Genesis 9. Nursery Cryme 10. We Can't Dance 11. Tresspass 12. Abacab 13. And Then There Were Three... 14. From Genesis to Revelations 15. Calling All Stations

Good to see A Trick Of The Tail and Wind & Wuthering at the top there.

Good to see A Trick Of The Tail and Wind & Wuthering at the top there. They sure are! In my opinion their most consistent albums with only standout tracks and no weak spots. Although often being bashed as being too commercial or pop oriented, I do feel the same for Invisible Touch.

Nothing really wrong with the songs on Invisible Touch, but the clinical production and those electronic drums ruin the album for me.
