Hi all.
This following article is an album review, this time dedicated to the album 'Jazz': in these lines, the American journalist Mitch Cohen spits mud on the band's new album. The article is titled The Royal Screw, Part VII and was published in the monthly American music magazine Creem in March 1979.
Cohen, who has clearly never been a Queen fan, does not appreciate the band's new studio work at all and harshly criticizes its content: clear examples are 'Fun It' (defined as a 'funeral march'), 'Don' t Stop Me Now' ('flaccid') and 'Let Me Entertain You' ('a pure rocky horrorshow'). I'll leave the rest up to you to read. Enjoy the reading.
