Queen have teamed up with Ravenscourt Games to release a brand new karaoke game for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.It’s titled Let’s Sing Queen and it features 30 Queen classics which can be played solo or with up to seven other friends. All three versions of the game will be released this coming Friday (October 9). I see it is available on Amazon for about $69.00 plus a microphone. How appreciative would my grandkids be if this is a Christmas present? Quite different from Call of Duty that they are playing now.  |

I actually went and bought Let's Sing presents Queen, since I enjoy the Let's sing franchise with my kids on Xbox. Initially I thought it would include all the Greatest Hits material, hbut to my disappointment it is lacking some titles such as "The Miracle" and "IGSM" and "TATDOOL" to mention a few. Then again it does feature Innuendo. Also, it is worth mentioning that the quality of the music videos is pretty awful, so no new transfers were used for this release. The Let's sing game always let's you watch the standalone videos if you sing a song (unlocked a jukebox version). However, if you enjoy gamified karaoke style games and love Queen, you may find yourself torturing your neighbours with this one in the evenings |

Only, I don't think an instrumental of Innuendo exists elsewhere. |

Buying a physical copy with USB mics in my s***hole country is 4 times more expensive than buying the digital game on the Nintendo eShop. |

Just to clarify, no. Let’s Sing never features instrumental versions of songs. You are stuck with the lead as your guide.😐

It does sound fun and I love karaoke, but I have a karaoke machine with bluetooth, so I can simply hook it up to my TV and pull up whatever song/karaoke video I want on youtube lol |

At least on Nintendo Switch it seems pretty much any USB mic will do. I bought it yesterday and before installing the app on my phone I decided to plug the mic I use on my online lectures and it worked flawlessly.
I don't really understand the criteria for the game to rate the songs from 1 to 5 stars. Innuendo and Breakthru, both rated 3 stars, broke me harder than Somebody To Love.

It's about time we got Innuendo karaoke or instrumental version. Not a chance with this, right? They don't mute Freddie's vocals on the songs. It's not a conventional karaoke. You sing over the original songs and your voice is blended in. The interesting/fun part are the bars on the screen showing you how close/far you are from the real melody. |

Honestly, some Greatest Flix I/II rips on YouTube look better on my TV than this game. The videos are blocky and pretty low res, which contrasts awkwardly with the game interface. Maybe the Xbox or Playstation versions have better videos, I dunno, but I'd bet my money that they just went with whatever Queen handed them. |
