What a beautiful commercial; almost makes me forget that Amazon is a soulless corporation who are profiting off their employees during the pandemic! it is beautiful, no argue. who'd have thought a £30 torch was the answer...good old Amazon! worst part about this? we're not even into the "advertising season" yet, wait til the big guns come out, Georg, then you'll be a sobbing mess!  unless of course, they go for the preachy-self-aware rubbish of the last few years. nah, enough. this year - of all years - they owe us laughs and tears - without any conscience-pricking. like mine: |

Oh geez. Between Amazon and Coke, I might as well curl up in a corner with a box of tissues and just let go. Having just made the decision as a family to forego Thanksgiving, I'm holding on to the hope that we can pull off Christmas in some form. These ads give me hope.
