Hi mate.
This has been available on sky demand for ages. Occasionally they broadcast it. I've had it on my recorded programmes for ages now.

Will it be all three hours? Or the edited version?

It will be as HD as a 30 year old VHS can possibly be.... I've had volume 1 of The Magic Years videotape series for 30+ years now. It was reviewed/described in a Queen on Video article in a 1992 issue of Record Collector magazine (which I also have) in fairly unflattering terms, but that the redeeming quality was the footage of the Group in the studio working on the song One Vision.

What's any if that got to do with the text you quoted? Nobody in 1992 knew what HD was, in this context...

I then elaborated to provide a review of the content of volume 1 of the same, a review that I agree with to this day. I wasn't intending to appraise the potential HD quality of a new broadcast of The Magic Years in my previous comment.

When it came out I was thrilled about the in-studio footage but now I wish I'd never seen it. It kind of diminished the song for me. That's why I have avoided the News of the World footage like the plague. I worship that album(like all of their 70s albums) and vnever want to see it being made. It takes away the mystique and my own mental images conjured by the album.
