"Too much love will kill you If you can't make up your mind" Seems self-explanatory, not being able to settle with someone and always looking for someone new led to contracting HIV.
Question: before AIDS meds worked, couldn't someone with the financial means treat it with frequent blood transfusions, I mean having own blood drained, disposed and replaced. Bone marrow transplant could have cured it, but I guess they couldn't have known that at the time. |

Brian may not have even been told about Freddies HIV diagnosis when it was written.
If he had made the connection himself I'm not sure it would have been the best choice to sing at the tribute concert.

It's not necessary to say things like that, not *everyone* knows *every* little thing about the band, the songs, etc. (I certainly don't)... And I think it's at least an understandable mistake to make in this case, and this person wasn't sure, that's why they were asking. |

To be honest, I think there was enough discussion about Freddie and AIDS on the old forum, and usually it ended up pretty inflammatory. I'm going to close this thread, as the OP has had the question answered, and I don't see the need for a prolonged and speculative debate on the matter.
