I have seen that in some live versions of "We Will Rock You" Brian change the final guitar solo, an example could be in the Live Aid version or the Mannheim version. So I wanted to see if anyone has the tabs of that guitar solo.

I'd say there's a non-zero chance that someone might have tabbed one or another old and famous official live release, such as Wembley or Live Killers. I don't see why someone would go to a major tabbing website and put a version that pretty much "nobody" ever heard.
Brian doesn't change the solos too much, though. He plays all of them on the same region of the neck (between frets 12 and 17), for roughly the same length, and he always plays the A and D/A chords around the 14th fret. I'd advise you to just play around with the notes on that region of the neck and you shouldn't have too much trouble to find pretty much every lick he uses.
