Found this while doing some research and I have to say that it's quite an interesting photo. It went on auction in around 2006 I believe.

Where did you find the photo? Very interesting, does either part match up with Brian's handwriting? Assuming the other would be Tim's hand.

According to the excellent book 'Queen in Cornwall', the owner of that piece of paper (Denise Craddock, who I think was their flatmate at the time) didn't clearly remember whose handwriting it was. But she did confirm the blob on the right was a 'multicoloured abstract doodle' by certain immigrant born in Africa who'd later on become a massively accomplished musician and 25% of Queen.

It was on auction on Christie’s in 2006 and a photo of the item was still there. Roger chipped in for writing on most of it here by the looks of it. Brian or Tim’s handwriting is below.

Yeah I remember the description of the auction saying something about an 11/11/1969 entry of Brian, Tim, and Roger working on the song.
