Idk I've always found this concert pic rather odd because Freddie is wearing his black top used for his catsuit with white pants and Roger's infamous see-through jacket is buttoned up. Does anyone have any idea of a potential date? This was taken at one of the New York City gigs at Uris Theatre in May 1974. Highly doubt it. During the Queen II tour Roger only had one rack tom on top of the bass drum. He didn't have a second one until the Sheer Heart Attack Tour. Also, Queen didn't really use stage lights behind them at that time they relied mostly on side lights.

Definitely Manchester 30th Oct or Victoria Hall 31th Oct, at that time Fred on the Black Outfit have long sleeves Maybe on Keep Yourself Alive he changed but could be between those dates on SHA Tour

Also, Freddie's outfit is similar to the one he had in Waterbury on 4th May 1974 (see the photo below): I really think that the photo is from the 'Queen II' tour in America. I remember seeing this labeled as NYC 1974 during some researches, but it could be taken at other American venues.

here are some stuff to prove that the pic that 70squeenstan shared is from SHA tour not Queen II.
1. Freddie had two black V neck shirts between the Queen I and SHA tours
this one was used during Queen I and Queen II tours (73-74) This is the one that was used during SHA tour (74-75)
Don't mistake them with each other they are pretty similar but they are completely different
2. John wore that black and white outfit during some few shows of SHA tour in Liverpool (Nov 1), Sheffield (Nov 5), Bradford (Nov 6) so the pic was taken on one of these shows
3. Roger didn't have this outfit until SHA tour

I didn't talk about John, i talk about Freddie Pants, maybe on the reprise of Son and Daughter he still wearing white pants and he changed at Drum Solo or the start of KYA

That ones was used after those first gigs, he cut the slooves, just one time he used the V Shirt of Queen - Queen II tour on SHA tour

How say the another partner, Roger Drums are totally different, on Queen II during america he drums was so small and totally different of the photo (Queen II Drum set) --------------------------- (Roger SHA tour drum set)

Does anyone have any idea of a potential date? I've never seen Freddie wear white-only pants with that shirt before, besides the Providence '74 show ( www.rirocks.net/Band%20Articles/Queen%201974%2004.27%20-%20Palace%20Theater.htm; I know this isn't the same shirt, but it's similar)

Rich Zimmerman and Bruce Herrick took photos at the Milwaukee show in 1975, but some the photos uploaded on that Amazon link you found are certainly not taken by them or by Bruce Cavallo (one of the caption says that the Mercury shot was taken in Milwaukee in 1973, a completely wrong info). This picture is also from Rich Zimmerman and was part of the great Backstage Gallery.

but this pic certainly wasn't taken at Uptown Theatre on March 7th 1975. according to Freddie's black catsuit it's surely ANTO tour, most likely taken in Milwaukee during the 76 US tour since Zimmermann was a Milwaukee based photograoher

I wonder where/when this pic was taken, it's surely during ANATO tour either in 1975 or 1976 but I have no idea about the venue. It's pretty weird to find Roger behind drum with 2 tambourines. any thought?
