I stumbled upon 2 shots of Roger backstage at Saarbrucken with Rory Gallagher, allegedly taken by Dieter Zill, but I can't find any linkable sources that don't want to install Trojans on my laptop.

Man, Queenlive.ca is missing alot of pictures lol I need about 80 hours per day to do all the things I want to do !
I have literally 4000 images on the hard drive waiting to be added to the site. But they're all well organized - one day they'll all end up there, and the site will hopefully have a complete facelift by then too.

Dang! That's a lot! Also, there is a dead link on the page of Queen Live In Tokyo, May 1st, 1975. It's for the "Budokan 1975 Final Master Stroke" bootleg. If you click on the first image of that bootleg with Freddie it's a 404 not found.

Fixed There is also another error I've seen on queen.live.ca On Denver 4-16-1974, there are photos of them live but no camera icon to show it on the website. That’s because the photos aren’t necessarily from Denver, they’re from unknown US Queen II dates. There are a few other instances of this on the site.

Does anyone have a higher quality image of Queen live in Dallas 10-28-1978, where the camera is looking up at Freddie in his diamond ballet suit? And also, Queen live in Manchester 03-20-1974?
Thanks!

Someone narrowed down this photo to Madison Square Garden 12/1/77 - the first time Brian's parents came to see them.

It wasn't me, but I recall someone saying this photo is actually from one of the Jazz Tour gigs because the lady in the back has this guest pass clipped to her jacket (hard to see, maybe someone has a higher res photo?)

Here's the higher res one. You can clearly see that guest pass on her jacket indicating that this is from the Jazz Tour. And furthermore, the rack in the background has the band's Jazz Tour outfits hanging from it too. You can see the alternate cap Freddie wore from 11/11 to 11/17, which indicates this is probably MSG 1978, although whether this is from the 16th or the 17th is currently unknown. Brian has said many times that his parents were at their first show at MSG, so if that's true, then this is an entirely separate occurrence.

Brian wrote in his Queen in 3D book that hew flew his parents out to New York for the second time they played at MSG, in 1978. ("Only a year later we played MSG again, and this time I wanted my family to share the experience.") I can see Brian relying on his memory and saying they were backstage for their first show, but I think the information from the book would be more accurate, as he's sifting through his photos and notes. He also shared that pic in question on his socials, saying it was from his parents' first time at MSG.

So while the above shot is certainly from 1978, there's no guarantee that that was the first time his parents saw them in New York.

Ah, saying it was the "second" time at MSG was my choice of words and my mistake. But Brian has a few shots of MSG from the 1977 section of the his Queen in 3-D book, and then writes about his parents being there "only a year later," which would place their famous visit in 1978. He also followed it up with his familiar story about the Concorde, his dad shaking his hand, etc. In an earlier book he co-wrote (Brian May's Red Special, 2014) he did write his parents were there in 1977 for their first time at MSG, but I would put more trust in the photos-backed research he did for the 3-D book. Still, you're right, no guarantee.

I have found more 404 not found images on your website. On Manchester November 26th, 1975, two out of the three bootleg images are 404 not found. Also, many of the Live Aid pictures are messed up when you click on the images, they show a completely different one.
