There isn't any footage. There's only one photo assumed to have come from Queen II sessions. Apparently it was taken by George Wilkes at Haverstock Hill in August 1973, and it was taken during a rehearsal for a recording session. Here it is:

Looks like Brian is in between Freddie and Roger, so is that John playing guitar? Or maybe is that Roy Thomas Baker in between Freddie and Roger? edit: after googling what RTB looked like in 1973 I think that might be him and not Brian. Still, great photo!

I'm pretty sure it's Brian between Freddie and Roger. RTB is much shorter: Maybe John is sitting in the background: So that might be RTB playing guitar. Anyway, someone with big and strong hand.

Date: 1978-??-?? Location: London, UK Studio: AIR Studios or Trident Studios Photographer: unknown
Lonnie Donegan with Elton John and Brian May during the recording sessions of Donegan's album 'Puttin' On The Style', released in 1978. May and John performed on 'Digging My Potatoes' and 'The Grand Coulee Dam' playing guitar and piano respectivetely; the second song was included in the 2010 remastered edition of the album as a bonus track.

Date: 1971 or 1972? Location: London, UK Studio: De Lane Lea Studios or Trident Studios? Photographer: unknown Polaroid of John Deacon playing a Rickenbacker 4001 (not the black one). The location seems Trident Studios to me, but I don't know.

The location seems Trident Studios to me, but I don't know. It's definitely De Lane Lea (it's the same backdrop as the Freddie photo above), which means this is the earliest known shot of John in the band - which, needless to say, is mighty significant. We can almost certainly safely date this as November/December 1971, as the band spent a few weeks there crafting that first demo (they signed with Trident on November 1, so it was likely not long after that).

Queen were being interviewed outside their offices for Japanese music magazine 'Music Life'. There's a lot photos from that day, including the interview inside the building.

Any chance anyone has this image in higher res? I've done a fairly extensive Google search but everything is either the album spread with credits or lo-res. I have a better copy Is this the hall where the concerts for the Montreux Jazz festival took place (up until 1993)?

Date: 1979-1980? Location: Montreux, Switzerland Studio: Mountain Studios Photographer: Peter Hince. I'm more convinced this is Musicland Studios, not Mountain, judging by the appearance of the studio room seen in various photos (Rolling Stones etc.) before its redesign in the mid-1980s. Mountain looks similar but the walls have wider vertical wooden planks or panels than in this photo. Plus, the Oberheim OB-X synthesizer is visible, so this likely dates the photo to The Game. Hope this helps!

1980/10/22 {Anvil Studio} (photographer: John Henshall)
This photoshoot was at Advision Studios... not "Anvil Studios", where did that come from? Also, to the right (behind Mack's head), there are a set of Advision bespoke compressors/limiters, supporting this.
