I've always had a very, very soft spot for PISCTP. I just love the sentiment of it and I love Freddie singing falsetto. Now, what Cosmos has going for it is acoustic drums. But other than that...well, I choose Queen any day of the week.

Well I might be just a little bit disingenuous with this poll ... After all, I just became a politician ...

Surf's Up...School's Out! and Cosmos Rockin' could have sounded even more spontaneous and wilder, but I like them as well as DLYH. But I don't like PSICTP very much, so suprisingly, Queen came second for me...

Hm, this is tough, I like Surfs Up more than Don’t Lose Your Head but prefer PISCTP to Cosmos Rockin’. Between the two winning tracks, it’s genuinely a draw.

PISCP and DLYH sound ok on the Magic album but played as individual songs they maybe aren’t as good as Surfs Up and Cosmos Rockin’ .The mid 80’s was not Queen’s most creative period although there were highs.
The songs off The Cosmos Rocks were at least a new venture by a band that hadn’t recorded together before.

To me a majority of the songs on Cosmos Rocks are weak.

The good tracks on AKOM are REALLY good, but more than half the album is less listenable to me than anything else by Queen. And for some reason they kind of ignored half the good songs in it and never gave them a chance on stage, while that cheesy mess that is Friends Will Be Friends broke the classic WWRY/WATC encore. The fact that it still had Freddie and John in it makes AKOM an even more disappointing album. Half Queen and a guest singer did a better job, IMO. I'll also take Cosmos over The Works - just like I'll also take Hot Space over those two any day. . Now, what Cosmos has going for it is acoustic drums. There's this too. The songs in general also sound clearer and "shinier" than pretty much every older Queen album - perhaps only Made in Heaven sounds as good.

All 4 songs are pretty bad, but Magic has more highlights, so I'll go with that one.

Sorry, but I prefer Cosmos over Magic. It's just more enjoyable than Magic, for me at least, and I'll choose Surfs Up over Pain Is So Close To Pleasure any day of the week
