Apologies if the following is already known, and I did check queenvault.com at least and didn't find the same information.
I came across a Japanese website that notes that the bass track of some songs differ across different releases. Many of the differences are on the Greatest Karaoke Hits.
I've timestamped some YouTube videos so you can hear them, but I gave each one a few seconds of "lead up" for context and to prime your ears. You might want headphones....
The Invisible Man, "standard" version:
Right after "see right through you," to "Rrrrroger Taylor!" it's your standard synth-bass.

The Invisible Man, Greatest Karaoke Hits version:
At 3m32s, right before "Rrrrroger Taylor!" the looping bass switches to what the writer says is a standard bass guitar for 1-2 seconds. He wonders if that means there's a bass guitar version of the song somewhere out there.

The writer says that the Karaoke version has a different bass track throughout, and matches the one we see/hear in the "making of" video with Mack.
One Vision, "standard" version:

One Vision, Karaoke version:

One Vision, "making of" version:

Somebody to Love, "standard" version:
At about 3:11, the drums kick in, and the bass fades in 10 seconds later

Somebody to Love, Karaoke version:
At about 3:10, the drums kick in, and the bass fades in just 2-3 seconds later

For Spread Your Wings, he claims that the bass track is different all the way to the 3m 29s mark. I've found a spot where the difference may be easier to spot.
Spread Your Wings, "standard":
John plays a note at 2:10, pauses, then again at 2:12.

Spread Your Wings, Karaoke:
Listen to 2m 06s in particular.

Other differences:
- DVD-A and DVD version of Sweet Lady is missing E-G#-B-E around the 2m 29s mark.
- Rock It DVD-A's first 57s has a different bass track; I listened to the standard version and the DVD-A over and over and I have no idea what he's talking about
- Bohemian Rhapsody: around the 5m 21s mark, the bass fades out in "Nothing really matters, nothing really matters to me" for standard releases but on Karaoke, Video Hits, the DVD-A and the DVD, you can hear it
