So there I was settled down to watch the last episode of this documentary on the English Premier League and lo and behold, Roger pops up in this episode. It seems he donated the £10,000 needed for the Manchester United fans to set up a meeting to stop the planned take over over by Murdoch owned BskyB of the team. Roger must have really hated Murdoch back in the day....

... if I remember correctly at the end of the 90s Roger released a single cd (pressure on) whose revenues went to the MU. were featured on the cd "dear mr murdoch" and "keep a knockin '"
