They can still make decent songs, but I think their styles have kind of drifted apart a bit, so maybe it would be difficult for them to make songs that all 3 like. But I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Roger’s style is more reflective and introspective, while Brian’s is… er, I don’t really know, because he hasn’t really written much, but going by the Golden Days album, any muse he has is likely more tied to Kerry than to Adam. (Then again, I could easily hear Adam singing Love In a Rainbow and Roll With You.) But I think a Brian would rather do anything else than write new songs – not a slam on him, but he has so many other passions at the moment that he’s focusing on those rather than new songs. (And frankly, after all the songs he’s written over the years, he’s deserved it!) |
