Wait a minute... where's "fun"? Pretty sure that's Roger's favorite word.

"Ooh yeah baby, big crazy manlove through (the) back give(s) (a) real good time"
Logically, that should be the chorus line in the ultimate Queen song. Should've been a real hit, too.

...do pronouns and prepositions no longer count as words? i, you, we, they, he, she, in, on, at Usually when data nerds are analyzing text they use a list of words which include pronouns and prepositions to be excluded from the final results. This is precisely because they happen too often and won't bring much meaning to the analysis. This data would be completely skewed towards those words and we wouldn't be able to see much of a pattern emerging when compared to other bands. Queen's word cloud does look very mundane, though. I suppose if we compare it to some radio friendly pop singers and then to "clever" prog bands, we'd see Queen much closer to pop than prog. A bit of a letdown for those dads who focus their point of view on "today's bands only sing about crap, back in my days bands had great lyrics like BoRhap". Yeah, dad, the guy who came up with BoRhap also wrote Body Language. EDIT: it's interesting how one very repetitive song can easily skew the data from the whole cloud even in a sample with nearly 200 songs. "Mustapha" and "bicycle" made it into the cloud even though the first only shows up in one song, and the other one probably in two songs at most.
