2 years ago i went to a website called Queenpedia. On this site there was an imaginary boxset list for what the 4 singles collection boxes shoul've been. A big list with all the a-sides, b-sides, 12 inch versions, single mixes and live releases. You name it, it's all there. I went online and was able to find all the audio which was supposed to be in this list. It became a 12 disc version and in my opinion, this is the list that should've been released. Take a look for yourself. www.queenpedia.com/index.php?title=The_Singles_Collection

That's one hell of a set! 12 discs! Thanks for sharing. A great resource for all single(related) releases!
I do like the idea of having all single/hit releases with all their respective versions and b-sides collected in one release, but ammounting to a 12 disc set puts me off a bit. I kind of miss some order. Having the tracklisting put in chronological order but with so many 'categories' (being single versions, 12'' versions, radio edits, b-sides etc.) would not be my preferred 'release', meaning a product I would place in my collection as one piece. Just personal taste, I'm sure.
but again, thanks for the share.

I’ve since updated it on my end with enough Queen-related material (and took out any Queen+ material) to pad it out to 12 discs, though it stops at the year 2000. I used the FM box set as inspiration, and as that came out in 2000, I figured I’d use that as a nice stopping point before things got a little remix heavy…

Seeing al this great cover art for what could have been makes me feel sad and angry at the same time. Oh how QP let us down time after time aside from a few boxsets in the last ten years.

^^ Bicycle Race would have to be included on an album like that.

And this one again... I actually like this over the News Of The World Box Set years ago. Knowing QPL, I wouldn't be surprised if the box art is simple just Queen: The Miracle front and center against that gradient blue background.

Did you say "imaginary releases"? I did this for college, as a little After Effects exercise. Featuring PROTOCOLMAN as announcer, haha!

I know I posted this in another thread, but: I wonder if a follow-up to " Forever" is possible, but this time a complete LP of previously unreleased tracks. Something like this?

It's that time again... With QPL working on a remix of their debut album I thought I'd give it a go and give them something to think about.
