I found this very interesting article about Queen's last album Made In Heaven.
The original title of the article, published in the Italian newspaper La Stampa on Wednesday June 1st, 1994, was Queen: lp con la voce di Freddie (translated as Queen: Lp with Freddie's voice). The article features an interview with Roger Taylor about the early stages of making the Made In Heaven album (which obviously didn't have a title yet), also providing the end of 1994 as a possible release date. The presence of an unreleased song sung by Freddie (Too Much Love Will Kill You) is also confirmed.
Here's the English translation I made from Italian.

Unreleased songs
Queen: Lp with Freddie's voice
LONDON - «These are unreleased songs that we were recording before Freddie died. We are trying to finish them. That's what Freddie wanted and it's definitely worth doing.» With these words Roger Taylor, drummer of Queen, confirms in an interview with the monthly «Tuttifrutti», the forthcoming release of a new album by the British band, with the voice of Freddie Mercury.
In the album, which should be released at the end of the year, there will certainly also be an unreleased song sung by Mercury: it's "Too Much Love Will Kill You", interpreted by the unmistakable voice of the singer killed two years ago by AIDS.
After Mercury's death, Brian May proposed "Too Much Love Will Kill You" during the "Freddie Mercury Tribute", the performance held in London in honor of the singer and, subsequently, included it in his solo album. But the song was never released in the version played by Freddie.
«In the new album - explains Taylor - there will also be a couple of old songs rearranged. It's a fairly long process, but it's right and we want it to be done to the best of our ability».
«It will certainly not be a scrap album - specifies the drummer -; for a couple of years we didn't want to ponder it. Even the idea of working with Freddie's voice seemed strange to us. We were trying to overcome the loss of a great friend. Then we got used to the idea and a very nice thing is coming out. But we want it to be perfect. There will be nothing more done by Freddie - says Taylor - so we must be sure that his latest album can survive him».
