I came across a brief footage in instagram. The uploader claimed it to be Freddie, but I'm not quite convinced. As there's not much information in the comment section, I'm seeking opinion from the forum. 
The uploader said she saved the footage from YouTube, but forget which one. Maybe dear forum users have any ideas?
