I ordered (in two seperate orders) the Another World-boxset and the picture disc/black vinyl/cd etc.
The packages arrived in the Netherlands, only to be held by customs for 2 weeks in order to add importtaxes for in total over €50.
The irritating thing is that, according to the shipping label, the packages come from Estonia, but the shipping manifest states Universal (UK) as sender, so that's what customs looks at apparently.
Why does QOL not keep a stock in Europe so European fans are not being overly taxed because of Brexit? I think the products are made in either the Netherlands or Germany, so that makes it even more weird.....

Blame Brexit. 😡 I am on another forum where people complain about this, so it's not just QOL.

You’re right. consequently to these elephantine shipping costs I gave up some items, hoping to find them on other platforms with shipping costs that do not (or almost) exceed the cost of the product itself

Apologies!! :-( Without getting political, it's hard to believe what we and other countries have been going through, and continue to go through over the last couple of years. The world seems to be a absolute shitstorm at the moment.

Are you sure it is still at customs? Isn't it simply lost? And when you contact Queenonlineshop about it, they simply say 'It could last longer due to COVID, please check your post office once more'... Talking about customer service.
