DMS, thank you for posting this - this is an incredible interview, highly recommended to all our queenchat family here, Roger says quite a lot of jokes, and it's nice to see him every once in a while, thanks a lot, really enjoyed it ; )

I thought it was brilliant!
Rogers fast becoming my favourite member of the band. He just loves and lives life to the fullest, and that’s probably an age thing. I wish Brian would take a leaf out of his book and chill the fuck out!

I enjoyed that. Interesting what he said about "f**king drum machines", especially when you consider they were still being used on about half the tracks on the last two or three albums. I wonder if that caused a bit of friction?

Interesting story told by Roger about "Under Pressure", the fact that, at least for him, it wasn't mixed properly and could sound better. Exactly the way I feel about 'Hot Space' an album with good songs recorded and mixed dreadfully.
