Not being much of a Beatles fan, I'm not sure I can come up with specifics, but there's loads of Beatles influences in Neal Morse / Transatlantic stuff, one example being My New World:

Also, look up Beatallica. It's kind of the opposite concept, but really well done Somebody say Beatallica? Absolutely love those guys! I'm gonna need a long listen through my playlist for a top 10, but the most "Beatle-like" song I've heard recently is this song called "The Young Urban Professional" by Karl Bartos. The intro alone should be enough of a clue.
