The way I’m reading it, this is the 30th Anniversary 4K remaster finally presented in 4K? Does the Blu-Ray also contain the film or just the extras?

It's been out on 4k for a while. This could be a UHD upgrade, but that's not guaranteed...

According to Amazon this isn’t coming out in the US until December 13th. But the description calls it the 30th Anniversary Edition and the runtime is only 90 minutes with no mention of the special features so who knows?

The December 13th release date for the US is confirmed elsewhere, including by Lionsgate. It lists a 111-minute runtime and all the extra features included in the Studio Canal release. Best Buy has nice looking artwork for the steelbook which is better looking than Zavvi's, I'd say:  |

Strangely I'm not overly excited by this. The film was so so, in my opinion, and my only real interest is the Queen music, so as they're still not including a soundtrack CD (of the different versions we haven't got), I won't be purchasing this unless it appears in the bargain bins.
