I thought the ADAD video might have been in the NOTW boxset. I also thought that LMLTNT might have been in the Never Boring box, too. They never do what we think they're going to do lol.

So, the vinyl is not the "ludwig '11" remaster? Yes, it is. Think of it as the "Not at all Lost Penultimate Running Order", assembled using the 2011 Remaster of The Miracle and the 2011 Remaster of TMLWKY from Made In Heaven.

Am I missing something or have the band omitted the full length version of Stealin’ ? No, and apparently, yes. Quite sad about that Listening to the full version of Stealin’ in the best quality possible was one of the tracks I was looking forward too.

This was posted on Twitter by journalist @journopaulb (Paul Bradbury), who's at the Fan Convention. He wrote: "It's a replica of Brian's original ad, rewritten by the man himself at Simon's request for a new video project that'll be released next month." Thoughts on what it could be? If it's going to be released next month, my guess is that it's for a music video for possibly Was it All Worth It, since a video for that song originally appeared on the DVD/BR tracklist for the box set. I could see it being used in a flashback scene, matching the overall lyrics of the song. Brian has certainly explored similar themes for a couple of his most recent music videos to promote his box sets. Yes - it’s for the Was It All Worth It video.

Anyone whos's been at the Fan Club convention can report about what was said by Greg Brooks and Simon Lupton about the box?

^ Ha! I didn't know that (I managed to miss out on that set). That's also a bit of a clanger from them!

But that got scrapped out from the list so why would they be putting this out next month but not putting it out on DVD/BR? Could be something else? A great idea if true though... Maybe the early recorded show which they had trumpeted about in the media months ago and expressed how weary they had been about releasing it or not?

Most probably 'Was It All Worth It' new video was made for YouTube promotional purpose only as it was with 'All Dead, All Dead' back in 2017. I'm sure it will be released one or two weeks before release date (18th November 2022).

While I am quite happy with the forthcoming boxset, I feel less anticipation about the ureleased stuff, Face ot alone without its outtakes that would be very intersting stuff and second two of the six unreleased songs featuring Brian on vocals...come on... is Freddie voice and music compositions I am missing.
The rest seems very good. Also the option of double cd is good choice.
P.S. I wish the unreleased unheard stuff will include the part the miracle ends (that time will come). I doubt since it has John Deacon ending with bass impromptu.

So why does it say "Sourced from a master tape from March 1989" for the LP and then for the CD they specifically point out it is ludwig 11. It's curious. But I'd bet my money that you are right, unfortunately. We'll see.

It is more probably to use the original master, maybe it was remastered back in 2010-11. Sonically it has to sound closer to the miracle album. It is a missed opportunity that they didn't remix the album. Maybe in the future re-releases.... Hoever the boxset seems good better than NOTW.

One of us is back from convention so let me clear up a few things. None of the leaked Miracle takes were used in the boxset - they're all unheard (At least I'll give QPL credit for that!) TMLWKY is exactly what was released on MIH (which it should be since the MIH version IS the version that was pulled from The Miracle: the pre release promo cassette a few of us have proves that) What makes people think it won't be the 2011 remaster? Haven't they used the 2011 remasters for the rest of the LP?
Simon Lupton has made a video for "Was It All" that uses that hand written card by Brian. Frankly I think it's shite. I bet it cost a lot of money, but it looks 'cheap'. Simon has also made a video for Face It Alone, but it's still in the editing stage. BOTH of these are internet exclusives as they were prepared post-boxset finalisation.
And for those who don't know the difference between a backing track and an instrumental - the backing track versions on disc 3 are devoid of lead vocals only. The backing vocals are still there. Think "karaoke" tracks.
The book will include lots fo unseen photos and press reviews. Whether it contains any recording information like the Beatles books do I don't know. The opportunity to look at it was there as they had a pressed copy of the full boxset for folks to view, but I chose to wait until I had my own copy. I'd rather be disappointed on the day of release rather than a month before hand! LOL
Oh, and not related to "The Miracle" (but I ain't creating a new thread), Greg's book will now be THREE volumes in size and will be up to date with "The Miracle" boxset. Vol 1 next year: material related to Studio recording releases: so pictures of singles, albums, posters, press ads etc. Vol 2 in 2023: material related to Live concerts. and vol 3 proposed for release in late 2023: all the other stuff that doesn't fit into the previous two categories. I expect the back pages may also be used for any items relating to the first two volumes that were released after those volumes went to the publishers.

Whether it contains any recording information like the Beatles books do I don't know. Given QPL, and their obsession with vacuous things such as YouTube hits over actual detail, I’d say no chance. Happy to be wrong, though…

Thanks for clarification!
Hopefully someone who have seen the hardcover book from the boх will shed some light about the inclusion of recording sessions information and photos inside.

All four band memebers Not even a teaser of one of the unreleased tracks! Nah, "Face It Alone" is there 😜 Uhhh, this is deceptive. Someone took that cover and is posting already released tracks. This is the instrumental edit from "The eYe".

All duration of instrumentals from the box are equal to album tracks.

Can you say anything more about the Was It All Worth It video, is it an animation, does it include the band? Thank you so much for sharing, much appreciated. It's predominantly animation. Very basic. But does have a few video clips. I'll be honest and say I wouldn't even know where to start making it myself, but it's not something I'm ever likely to want to watch again. Other's may feel differently. Anyway. It's an online freebie and not part of the boxset, so it's not taking up room on a disc that could have been better used.
