Ok, good news.
Disc 2 is good.
The DVD has making of material, and frankly all the visual material that could be expected.
The inclusion of the Rockline interview
Some of the merch looks reasonable
Bad news.
2011 remaster.
Having to buy the Mike Read interview again.
Having to buy a DVD AND a Blu Ray
Having to buy the vinyl
Personally, backing tracks are filler.
The pricing.
There's no surround mix of the album
Reserved judgement pending more information
Video aspect ratio
Videos in surround mix?
Is the WIAWI video new, or from 1989? Was it a prototype SMGO complication in case that had to be the final ever single?

- why do the 10" prints look smaller than the 7" single lying on top of them (this one is rhetorical)

Do I see it correctly that the 'standard' boxset is not a Queenonline-exclusive?
In that case I won't be ordering it at QOL, because that saves me around 40 euro double VAT which I have to claim back, plus above 150 euro you have to pay import duties, which this box exceeds.

Some more new songs, but who plays real bass on breakthru? did john do a take back in the day? I recall David Richards stating years ago that they tried it with real bass but it never sat right….I assume John will have recorded some takes, though expect Roger to have played/programmed on the earliest demos of his. |

We know that Water is credited to Queen and YKYBTM is Brian's. We know this since a few months ago, as there were some listed songs that we seemingly knew nothing about. Hopefully they're fully unknown tracks, and hopefully again the latter is a rather complete track. |

Now we got the list, guess it's time for a "Mid-Review"?
Disc 1: Called it. 2011 Remaster it is.
Disc 2: This got my attention. I'm curious about You Know You Belong To Me, and Water.
Disc 3: Yep, it's the bonus disc from the 2011 release plus 3 more 12" mixes and by live version, they meant the ones that was released on the B-sides (SCC from Rainbow and MMB from Houston)
Disc 4: This too has my attention.
Disc 5: Yep, Queen For An Hour, and probably the same edit from On Air, maybe?
Disc 6&7: Wonder how they're gonna treat the music videos
LP 1: Interesting they finally reinstated TMLWKY in its original running order. Why didn't they do it on the CD too?

It seems that the blu-ray disc is a complete repetition of the material from Greatest Video Hits 2, including widescreen versions of video clips! Then I'm sure It ''Was All Worth It'' this is a slideshow of photos from that period - For example, they could take this slideshow from the Jewels compilation and replace that song with WIAWI, so as not to create something new)

Actually, it's not bad. Not sure how strong the album is, but that's my subjectivity. David Richards getting implied credit for work on The Game and The Works (and then the implied downgrading of his work on AKOM) is a bit hamfisted, as is the "Europe Magic Tour" line, but other than that it seems to be factually accurate.

If songs had already been remastered once, why would it need remastering again though? Well, firstly I've seen criticism of the 2011 masters, and secondly a new master would indicate someone had gone back to the source files, which would be a clue to the existence of a surround mix, which would have been the best thing they could release, for me. |

I was thinkin the same about Water and YKYBTM. I guess now it's time to begin speculating... 
Affairs and Gran Dame are two songs/demoes we know to exist from The Miracle sessions. And neither one is included here...So, could it be that they evolved into Water and YKYBTM??
