Just for fun:
The intro to Ogre Battle has a backwards guitar riff and "ah ah ah"s, followed by the forwards version of the same thing. (I knew it sounded funny but didn't realize that's what was happening until someone pointed it out, and then I could hear it)
I am pretty certain the outro to Headlong has them singing "gnoldeah" a few times. (This one I actually recognized)
Are there any other instances of this?

I'm pretty sure some instruments on Another One Bites the Dust are reversed and (unrelated) does the vocal when played backwards say something about smoking Marijuana? or is that just an urban myth?

It's probably an auditory illusion (we humans have a tendency to find familiar patterns where there are none - see the 'face of Mars' or, my favorite, the Badlands Guardian), but it really, really does sound like "'s fun t'smoke mar'huana".

I remember seeing this on some tv documentary years ago. It was played backwards and I suppose you could say it vaguely sounded like Freddie was saying 'It's fun to smoke Marijuana' after the suggestion had been made. He could just as well have been saying 'I'll get the number 63 Bus to Middlesbrough' I suppose these things can be interpreted into whatever people want them to be. Maiden stuck one on their Piece Of Mind LP to take the piss out of the religious zealots in the US who had been burning Albums because of supposedly satanic backwards messages contained within. Nonsense.

The intro and outro to ADATR (guitar orchestra) was also in reverse right?

Some of Brian's guitar bits are played 'in reverse', such as in Flick Of The Wrist, and probably some others which don't spring to mind at the moment.

How do you guys know about the backwards sections in the songs? Just by listening, or has it been disclosed somewhere? I’ve not heard this before, other than AOBTD and Headlong.

It's supposed to sound like 'Its fun to smoke marijuana', listen to the podcast I linked to above at 22m 30s (and it sort of does)

Weren't the guitars at the end of Son And Daughter recorded backwards as well? This distinctive sound, which Brian utilised a few times in the early days, was achieved through manipulating the tape speed. When recording the guitar parts, the tape speed was slowed down, to usually 50% I think, and Bri played his parts normally. Then when the recorded parts were played at 100% speed, they'd sound, in this case an octave higher, and have a more shimmery tone, due to the vibrato being twice as fast. The same technique is on the high harmony guitars in Keep Yourself Alive, and I think a few other places on the debut album. I think it's been confirmed that it was also used for the high guitar notes in the "Just a new man, cause you made me live again" in Now I'm Here. There are other examples throughout the catalogue, not just on guitar, and it wasn't always slowing down the tape to create higher pitches.

The intro of Oggre Battle is reversed until somewhere around the 0:47
And how to make a stand alone version of this song, is taken the reversed cymbal at the beginning, flip it, and put it in the back after the last "aaahhhh"

I hate the start of Ogre Battle, I always skip past it, the hard intro on the other versions is so much better.

Yeah, it was conspiracy nonsense from the PMRC crowd who hated rock (and particularly metal) music in the 80s as they thought it was driving kids towards suicide.
Zappa eventually handed their asses to them on a silver platter.

How do you guys know about the backwards sections in the songs? Just by listening, or has it been disclosed somewhere? A bit of both. Some are more obvious to the ear than others - especially to people who are seasoned musicians or have worked in sound design.

Some of Brian's guitar bits are played 'in reverse', such as in Flick Of The Wrist And that's the BBC version. From memory, the whole solo on the BBC version is reversed, yeah, but the studio version definitely has various fills in reverse, and the solo has sections both in reverse and forwards. It's cleverly and fairly seemlessly constructed.
