I remember seeing that at the time. There are some very intolerant people in this country, sadly. This is in line with a few horrible comments I've heard over the years about the band. Let's see, I can think of an ugly situation way back in 1984, in about 1992 and in 2002. I would like to say that this stuff seems less common today in the US, maybe in part because the band and Freddie seem so much well-known. Which I think takes away some of the "scary" factor from the crazies.
