Is there any news of any further Walmart coloured vinyls. I got The Works, it’s strange that they suddenly stopped unless this is linked to the rumoured sale of the Queen back catalogue

Has anyone else on here had dealings with Jamie at Sheer Vinyl Attack? He was my go to for the Walmart Coloured Vinyls. I bought the first 3 with no issue at all. Then it all went wrong!!! I preordered a 3 Vinyl bundle from him on eBay for Jazz, A Day At The Races and Hot Space. This was in March 2023 but as Hot Space wasn't released until June, delivery wasn't expected until late June early July. June and July cam and went, no records and to my surprise no reply to my contacts. I opened a complaint case with eBay but as the order was over a month old I wasn't entitled to any refund, a loop hole that seems to have been exploited here. However the case did lead to a response from Jamie stating that the batch he had received of ADATR was all damaged. No problem I said just send me Jazz and HS and I will pay extra postage for ADATR when it arrives, great I thought problem solved........well no actually, 4 weeks later and still not a single record has arrived and no more contact or replies to my emails from Mr SHA Ltd. I don't expect to see the records and have had to write off the £112.45 (Birthday Money) I sent Sheer Vinyl Attack Ltd. Just be very careful if ordering from this guy on eBay or his website, I certainly would not recommend it unless you want nothing to show for your money! I've known Jamie for years and he's been selling for years as well so I'm surprised you've had no contact with him. Obviously his business relies on reputation and he's spent years building trust with people, first at UK Convention and then online, so let's try and get this sorted. I am aware that he recently had a batch of records arrive from the USA damaged and he has sent apologies out to customers. Send me a Private message with some details and I'll get in touch with him and ask him to contact you. Hi Any information you have on Jamie's current situation. He has pulled down all his social media and taken the website offline. He owe's a lot of people money. |

The "Sheer Vinyl Attack" Facebook page has been reactivated and re-branded to "Wholesale Vinyl Imports - A subscriber group (£3.49 per month to join) A place for subscribers of Wholesale Vinyl Imports to discuss topics and see exclusive posts". Regardless I've immediately emailed them and asked for a refund for my outstanding purchase order. I'll post here if any reply.

Everybody can have a bad few months and yes, although there are now fewer, there are still things I need to address, and I will. Comments will now be turned off as, although there has been a 97% satisfaction rate, it is not yet 100% and the 3% make a lot more noise than the 97%, and rightly so in some cases. It took a lot to come back to rebuild and I will be working towards a 100% satisfaction."
It really pisses me off when a scammer plays the part of the victim!!!!

Turning off comments is a massive red flag. |

After months and months of giving this guy abuse. He got in touch and promised me my money back, that was 2 months ago.
Today he actually transferred back my full refund, asking if we start a fresh.
Happy to get my money back, but certainly wouldn’t purchase anything from him again.
