I don`t know the exact location. But it was somewhere in the USA during their last tour this fall. They used their own stage and the virtual background video from their regular concerts. The arena was empty.

The arena was empty. The video was shot in San Francisco during last year's North American tour. The "アメリカ・サンフランシスコ" shown in the upper right corner of the screen in the interview at the beginning of the video is a Japanese translation of "San Francisco, US".
