Hi everyone. Today I propose this article, written by the English journalist Lynn Thirkettle and published (most likely) in the music magazine Disc in the spring of 1975. Titled Ok Let's Meet Roger Taylor and Queen, it is an interview with the drummer, carried out in London after his return from the 'Sheer Heart Attack' world tour: Taylor talks about the live experience in North America, the band's holiday in Hawaii, the incredible reception received by Queen from Japanese fans and spends a few words on Freddie Mercury (and his passion for antiques), John Deacon and Brian May. In the interview he also talks about the importance of being together as a band, his drum kit and the artists he prefers to listen to (and the ones he doesn't like, like the Stylistics and especially Barry White!). Enjoy the reading!
