Hi everyone.
Today I share with you two articles, one which appeared in the British newspaper News Of The World and the other one in the Sunday People newspaper, both published on Sunday 24th February 1985.
Both report the news on a gossip story whose protagonist is John Deacon: the previous day, Saturday 23rd February 1985, John was stopped by the police near Buckingham Palace and fined 150 pounds for drunk driving. His driving license was also suspended and he was banned from driving for a year.
Even if the newspapers don't say it, a few years ago I read that John was returning from a party where his friend Phil Collins was also present.
