Hi everyone.
Just yesterday, Queen's album 'Innuendo' celebrated its 33 years of life (it was in fact released on 4th February 1991 by Parlophone on the English and European markets and on 5th February 1991 by Hollywood Records in the States and Canada). In this regard, I share below a review of the album written by Mr Spencer: entitled OO-EER!, it was published in the British music magazine Sounds on 2nd February 1991.
It's a very positive review, praising all the songs on the album from first to last (except 'The Hitman' and 'Bijou', which are not mentioned). Interesting is the comparison of Freddie Mercury with Billy Idol in 'Ride The Wild Wind' and the comparison of 'These Are The Days Of Our Lives' with 'You're My Best Friend'. Enjoy the reading!

Nice to see Freddie's vocal performance in Don't Try So Hard acknowledged. Always will be one of my favourite songs of all time.

Fantastic review, thanks for sharing. I'd always heard a little Billy Idol in that as well as a lot of The Cult - Fire Woman in Headlong... motivation wise
