Hi everyone.
Today's article is taken from the English music magazine Record Mirror of 13th December 1980: entitled Wham! Bam! Thank you Ma'am! and written by Robin Smith, is the review of the album 'Flash Gordon' by Queen, released on the British market on 8th December 1980.
Like every Smith review, this one is also positive: in addition to reviewing the single 'Flash's Theme', the journalist also spends notable words on almost all the songs on the album ('In The Space Capsule', 'Ming's Theme', 'The Ring ', 'In The Death Cell', 'The Kiss', 'Arboria (The Planet Of The Tree Men)', 'Escape From The Swamp', 'Flash To The Rescue', 'Vultan's Theme' - which reminds him 'The Ride Of The Valkyrie' - 'Battle Theme' and 'The Hero'). So very interesting review; Smith gives the album a rating of five out of five stars. Enjoy the reading!
