Hi everyone.
Here we are again with another review, this time of the 'Hot Space' album: this particular article was published in the American monthly magazine Musician in August 1982. This is a slightly positive review of the album, although there is some criticism of Queen's new sound.
Enjoy!

Interesting! Especially coming from a magazine that steadfastly refused to mention Freddie’s death, even printing letters from aggrieved fans (and one rather nasty one from someone who was glad they didn’t mention it). Funny what a difference 10 years makes…

Funny what a difference 10 years makes… I wasn't aware of this fact, thanks for enlightening me!

A decent review really, which follows my thoughts about the album. It's the tunes that win you over, but now decades later, the backing has a period charm all of its own.
The mention of ChangesTwo is odd because 'Under Pressure' wasn't included on that.
