I have the 45 issued by Trident Studios, Goin Back was considered the "B side" but it's far superior to I Can Hear Music. Is this considered a Freddie solo piece?

that rather depends upon which way you look at it. here's some factors to consider/help you draw your own conclusions: For: ♦ 7"record label credited as "Larry Lurex" ♦ Band members did occasionally appear on each other's solos projects ♦ Both tracks were included in Freddie's "Solo Collection" boxset released in 2000 Against: ♦ The "Larry Lurex" project wasn't Freddie's - it was engineer Robin Cable's - Freddie was the singer ♦ Roger & Brian played on the track ♦ I'm pretty certain the original artist was to be named "Larry Lurex & The Voles From Venus" (a play on Gary Glitter (Glitter/Lurex) with a "nod" toward Ziggy Stardust & The Spiders From Mars). Original acetates bore the full "Larry Lurex & The Voles From Venus" moniker

♦ Both tracks were included in Freddie's "Solo Collection" boxset released in 2000 This decides it for me.
