I don't need to try and change your mind. Music is subjective. What one person likes another does not. Personally I don't think it's superior to the original at all, though I did enjoy it still.

Sure, "superior" is a word that can be both subjective and objective. The production value and arrangements elevate this piece to a whole new level. IMO.

I'm probably gonna get moaned at for this, but I prefer the Glass Candy version of FFMS! absolutely correct! - you will get moaned at. i managed 22 seconds of that abomination steve - and when i say managed, i mean suffered. the one things that song doesn't need is a siouxsie sioux/banshees type rendition. Glass Candy have achieved the unthinkable: reverse-alchemy, having turned Gold into Lead.  |

No artists can reaching to Queen level and covering their songs so good as the original versions and sing like freddie.
It's a cover of Keep Yourself Alive by Pat Traves. I don't like Vocal of this cover at all but hearing the guitar sounds in this cover is interesting

Ronnie is a great singer - which is why Ritchie signed him up. he was keeping Lords of Black going while touring with Rainbow, but I understand he's now left LOB. I hope the Rainbow project continues with him - because it's certainly worth seeing while he's onboard. i saw them twice (with RR) 2016 and 2017 - both Birmingham NEC. |
