I was listening to this show today and noticed that from roughly 0:12 to 0:20, Freddie's piano playing closely resembles what is heard during the song mentioned in the thread's title.

Good ear (especially behind that dreadful recording). That's definitely Seven Seas of Rhye in a lower key (or perhaps its speed fluctuations).

It's in D major - the tape is just playing too slowly, so it sounds like D flat at first.
Terrible audience tape. I just could never get through it. It's tapes like this that had plenty of tape collectors thinking all Queen tapes were crap for years and years.
Slight resemblance to SSOR, but certainly nothing conscious. It was just stylistically in him.

It uses the same notes as the intro for SSOR, but it's up to you to decide if Freddie was really making the reference. (I'd say he was.)
