I have only seen Queen in indoorconcerts. All your mentioned concerts are just nice and dont give me that Queen concert feel. Never ever have i seen a band completly exploding the hall like Queen did. That feel i miss on all their releases. I understand that indoors <> outdoors. I just don't think the Magic Tour is the best target.

We know for sure that also Knebworth and Hammy 79 were recorded in their entirety. (audio). I think you're mixing it up. Greg Brooks confirmed that they lost the multitracks to Hammersmith '79. Video in intact as far as I'm aware though.

Any pre-March Rainbow show. As a prime candidate, I'm going with the Blackpool show from the same month. I also nominating Canvey Island as a bonus disc to fulfill my desire to hear the Wurlitzer edition of White Queen.
The one I could actually see happening has been said by many people already, Hyde Park, just for the huge upgrade in sound quality.

I have heard many times that Hyde Park will never see the light of day because of the poor performance of some songs. From what they released officially sounds great. Could you shed some light on which tracks are unusable?

Relocated to a similar thread. π I donβt want Tokio β82, but I presumed that the next release will be this one ππππ I don't think so, Tokorozawa was the only filmed show, and that was already officially released some years ago. It's not even really that good of a show, either. I think next one will be Paris '79 or something like that, Greg Brooks has been talking about Live Killers for a long time.

I've lost count of the times GB talked about a Live Killers boxset, but a '79 show(s) will be a welcome surprise for sure. BTW, I would like to see: Imperial College '70 A 77-78 gig Hammy '79 Milan '84 (A 1 minute footage of Tear It Up floats on the internet, maybe the full concert still exists somewhere in the RAI archives...)

An official release of any Races or NOTW tour show would be to die for! So many songs from that era we have no official versions of.... EARL'S COURT 100000% Would love to hear a multitrack mix of White Man. The only stereo soundboard audio we have is Richfield, and that sounds horrible. I'd love to hear how the guitar delay solo ending would've panned out. Having The Prophet's Song at the end is the icing on the cake. Doing All Right and Sweet Lady in the case of the second night, would be AMAZING to hear. Lover Boy and Millionaire Waltz need an official release, too. Some of the best medley songs. If I could choose a night, I'd definitely choose the second one. Almost completely unheard before + it has Sweet Lady.

Figuring in QPL's refusal to release anything that isn't mixed from a 24 track recording (barring a single track here and there), the most realistic thing we can ask for is a two night compilation of Earls Court 77 or a small box set of the Live Killers period. I'm legitimately surprised they didn't do something last year for the 40th anniversary of the latter - that was a hole in one if it's $ they're after.
They've already released Rainbow and Hammersmith, and they're very unlikely to put out Hyde Park because the performance was sloppy in a few places.
I wish they would do something like Jimmy Page did with The Song Remains The Same, with the 'missing' tracks restored and all in the correct sequence. That was awesome when it came out, and along with the vastly improved sound quality, it was like having a brand new live album. All it requires is a little effort, but that's what QPL so often seems to be lacking. If they can't be arsed, why can't they get someone else to do it? Precisely my thoughts too. Plus Brian isnt exactly enthusiastic about releasing boxsets from the 70's. He did once say that he hated living in the past which would be ok except he is doing mostly that by touring and playing all the hits from Queen's past.
