Initially I was upset that they were bringing back the Rhapsody tour instead of making a new stage show, but after waking up I thought about it and have got a little more positive view. Brian and Roger don't have to tour. That's it, Brian and Rog don't have to tour, but they still do and I'm grateful. Say what you want about AL, but I think the kid does a good job. I'm never gonna listen to Q+AL at home, but I will always go see them when they come to Texas.

Damn, no Vancouver stop. I missed the last concert because I was sick, so was hoping they'd return with this setup to Vancouver.

It is a relatively short tour, wouldn't be surprised if they add a couple more dates. Hopefully you get your Vancouver or even a Seattle if you don't mind crossing into the states

Same here, never listened with AL at home (even Jesus Christ can't replace Freddie) so great to see them again we're hope Europe tour too. 2024 fall maybe? I think they should change something on the setlist, would be good if they add The Miracle and You don't fool me with Roger on vocals.

I can't see them investing in another new live show now.

If they are going to tour North America, I believe they will also tour Europe later. For my part, I hope they will come to Japan again after that.
I am somewhat surprised that they will repeat the Rhapsody Tour again, and I see this as both a plus and a minus, but what the heck, they will give their best performance. They always have been.
I like Hammer To Fall, so I am relieved that doing the Rhapsody Tour means that there is a very good chance that this song will be played again. Anyway, I just wait for this fall with excitement.

I can't see them doing another massive European tour, but I'd like to think that when it comes to their final shows, these will be in the UK, where they started.

Nice to see they’ll be playing in Boston! The capital of my state! I’ll be in college by then so I’ll have to pull some strings to see them in NY or Boston. It would be a treat to see them live, that’s for sure!

This part is taken from the 2023 announcement: Brian May says, “Our last tour featured our most ambitious production ever. So we decided to rip it apart and get even more ambitious. Watch out world.” This one's from December 2018 to announce the 2019 tour: With Brian May adding: “[...] Our last tour featured our most ambitious production ever and got us our best notices ever. So we decided to rip it apart and get even more ambitious! Watch out, America! " I guess they didn't rip apart the press release from 2018!

It would be a treat to see them live, that’s for sure! I'd love to see them at MSG. I've only ever been there to see Phish, but that room is very special. It IS true that the floor moves when the audience gets into a certain groove. Can't even imagine how it feels on stage

Does everyone think this will be a sellout or do you think five years after the film's release a little Queen fatigue has set in with the general public?

Does everyone think this will be a sellout or do you think five years after the film's release a little Queen fatigue has set in with the general public? I hope when it does sellout, it's not after an hour so we can actually get them! From the queen website announcement "MORE ON TICKETS: Queen + Adam Lambert appreciate that it is an enormous task to try and stop scalpers from taking advantage of fans wanting to purchase tickets for the tour. In an effort to help minimize resale and keep ticket prices at face value for fans, the band are collaborating with the venues’ ticketing partners to restrict the ability to transfer tickets for The Rhapsody Tour so that they may only be transferred between fans at the original price. Fans will still have protection against unforeseen circumstances. Those who purchase tickets and are no longer able to attend their show will be able to sell their tickets at the price they paid using a face value ticket exchange, including the Ticketmaster Face Value Exchange - which is free to use for buyers and sellers. More information on how the Ticketmaster Exchange works is available here. (I MUCH PREFER CASHORTRADE.ORG FOR FACE VALUE TICKET EXCHANGES, THIS WEBSITE WAS MADE BY MY WONDERFUL JAMBAND COMMUNITY. PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO NOT SUPPORT TICKETBASTARD) Unfortunately, the states of NY, IL, and CO have laws in place that protect ticket scalpers - these laws prohibit artists from being able to restrict the transfer of their tickets to face-value exchanges only. For shows in these states, Queen + Adam Lambert strongly encourages fans to only buy or sell tickets to one another on face-value exchanges. More information can be found here, with more details to follow in the coming weeks." Even though they're gonna "help us from scalpers", that doesn't necessarily mean face value will be cheap.

the brand is stronger than ever, and the market is hungry for the last few classic brands that can do an arena show properly.
if they don't get too greedy with the ticket prices, I'm sure the tickets will fly of the shelf

I don’t expect a fast sellout in the US. It never was. Last tour the venues sold out maybe a day before the concert. It’s not the UK.

I think they should change something on the setlist, would be good if they add The Miracle and You don't fool me with Roger on vocals. There’s more chance of a guest appearance from Freddie. I think I could confidently name 90% of the set right now. Throw the Lambert schtick about “not here to be Freddie, we’re here to celebrate him” and that’s the show.

On Friday (March 24), the internationally beloved rock group announced the latest North American expansion of the Rhapsody Tour, set to take place this fall. Kicking off at Baltimore’s CFG Bank Arena in October, the tour will make 14 stops throughout the U.S. and Canada, including shows in New York, Boston, Toronto, Chicago, Nashville and Dallas, before closing out at Los Angeles’ BMO Stadium in November Billboard caught up with May, Lambert and Roger Taylor ahead of their official announcement, where the trio talked about what fans can expect from the new show, their favorite songs to perform live, and why “this is not a farewell tour,” according to May. www.billboard.com/music/rock/queen-adam-lambert-rhapsody-tour-not-farewell-interview-1235291852/

They should call it the "Ballads Tour", because they speed they now play the songs at, esp KYA and Love Car, they're so creakingly slow, they may as well be ballads!

Glad they’re returning to the States but sad it’s such a short tour. Not appearing near me and no Saturday show until the last date in LA, which is too far from me to drive. Would love to see them again but all my vacation time is already committed for this year.

Not to mention how slow they performed Stone Cold Crazy before it was dropped. Even slower than the studio version in some performances like this one!

I wouldnt mind a ballads tour.. They got some nice ones… and to be fair.. suits Adams voice better imho.
Save me, YTMBA and white Queen are the live songs i listen nowadays most. Getting older myself i guess.
