hi!! i'm a little worried because I buyed my Back to the light signed BOX on queen online shop, they send it to me on 5 august and I'm still waiting to arrive. I'm from spain. is somebody here still waiting the box like me? I'm afraid that the shipment is lost or something. thank you so much. Granted, I'm from the United States, but I didn't bother going through the QOL shop. In the past, they've been less than reliable getting my shipments to me on time, or it'll flat out cancel because my credit card company won't recognize them as legitimate. But keep in mind though that the pandemic may still be impacting shipments. Whatever the case, I hope it gets to you soon, especially since it's signed! |

So, is there anything actually new or different in the reissue? So far I have only noticed it's yet another louder version of what we already had. Apparently there's a thirteenth bonus track in the Japanese edition "Driven By You (Rock Mix)", but I bet it's just the new / Cozy & Neil version or worse, the old "rock radio edit". I appreciate that some people find it to sound great, but the original didn't sound terrible to begin with. What a pointless re-release this was, in terms of extras / new content anyway. I received my copy from Japan today, I haven't heard it yet, however in the track-list there are no bonus tracks written, 12 tracks on the first CD and 11 on the second, like the European edition |

No not to my knowledge. It was only on a 12" at the time. So this justifies the purchase to our partners I guess!

Nice video! But there's a lot of non-synchronised frames with the sound, which looks amateurish at times. Also: The Brian May Band 1992. Really? Is it hard to check the history, to avoid such mistakes? |

Maybe I didn't pay close enough attention, but where are people getting this 1992 date from? And the Brian May Band did exist in 1992, they played five dates in South America in November 1992.

Georg, check out the ending of the video. You must know for sure that The Brian May Band in 1992 featured completely different BV section and another second guitarist. |

Brian's box set of "Back to The Light" is now on Amazon for a little over £20 I put it into my basket but after looking at the contents for a little while, 2 CD'S and one vinyl copy , I removed it . I don't have a turntable and the extra disc didn't really excite me too much. At best "BTTL" is a six/seven out of ten , if the you took the best tracks off "BTTL" & "Another World" it would make a great album.

Two day's later and I had a change of heart and have now gone and brought the above item ! I might even go for "Another World" , I would love to know how many thousand's I have spent on Queen in the last 50 years ! What can you do once a Queen fan always a Queen fan !

My Back To Light Box Set came yesterday and I think the white vinyl looks fantastic . I just need a turntable to play it on I have looked & looked but there are just so many can anybody please help ? I want to spend £200/£300 to go on top of my Marantz unit . I like the booklet that came with the box set and Back To The Light Cd sounds good. I feel a bit let down by the second disc with the instrumentals & Tie Your Mother Down with Slash sounds bloody awful , nothing really stands out really. I am glad that I didn't buy this Box Set when it first came out at whatever price it was. However it looks nice !
