Well I looked online, but can not find the photo in better quality, and I am sure that they are the people who scanned the magazine cover, sorry though Then look harder for it. The caption at the bottom almost certainly indicates that it's from a magazine.
Find the original, or ask the person who runs that website to send you a copy before they watermarked it. It is not their property, and thus it is not theirs to ruin like this.
We need to have some quality control here, and this thread is getting out of hand. It shouldn't be a place to just indiscriminately post a bunch of photos. Look at the first few pages of thread, and compare it to what it has descended to.
Alright, I will do that next time, my bad.

Alright, I will do that next time, my bad. The world is bigger than the internet - all these photos were taken before the internet existed. In this case it's from Creem magazine. It is not hard to find these on eBay.
Not everything is instant gratification. Take the time to look for something. The feeling of accomplishment is far better than just reposting things found elsewhere online.

The Hectics, One of Freddie's early bands. (I think Freddie is the one playing the piano)

This looks like it's from one of the 1976 Japan concerts. My guess is at the Budokan on March 22, 1976 or in Nagoya on March 23, 1976. (Also found this in better quality with better colors)

(Also found this in better quality with better colors) It's from the North American Races Tour. Fairly certain this is from one of the Forum shows, either March 2nd or March 3rd, although I might also be off on that.

Getty Images lists it as being from the Forum. But then again, Getty Images doesn't always get it right (like that time it said a SHA 1975 pic was from November in the Rainbow Theatre, or something like that).

The locations they usually get right. Dates will normally be filler but if it says The Forum, it's probably the Forum. I know there is a set of pics on Getty from March 2nd so it's probably from that show.

Many pictures taken by Robert Alford from 1976-1982. He was a Michigan-based photographer. There are about 90 pictures in total, which can be downloaded here: mega.nz/file/EAs0jBpD#nvR5xSyi1SacQ_mET-RbuGAxEi2Q4-gjylXH5QwtJc4Here is a sample of each set: Detroit 1976-02-11 Toledo 1977-01-30 Detroit 1977-11-18 1978, likely one of the Detroit shows. Likely Detroit 1980-09-20 1982, likely Detroit 1982-08-06

Guys, is it possible NOT to quote entire posts containing loads and loads of massive images, just to comment "great pics" at the end? It's possible to delete the images from the quote, so the poster can still see they've been quoted/given a nice comment. Otherwise scrolling through this great thread is a right pain. With respect. Peace.

If you guys don't even know what years photos are from and are just going to make up dates, then I just may have to take this thread down. This is getting out of hand.

When I get a chance I'm going to do a major sweep of this thread and remove redundant posts, if not delete it altogether.

I was going to write the same. There's no point in posting photos here that can be found on queenlive.ca. I would assume we all know queenlive.ca very well and visit it on a regular basis. I always check with that page, before posting something here. Quality > Quantity
