Fabulous shots. Where'd you find these? - ... Roger is seen in two different shirts (the lighting is darker in the first photo to the point that we can't see the kick drum skin, and yet his shirt is lighter), and the right overhead mic (right as in stage right) is placed differently (in the second photo it's at a 90 degree angle). You said these are both from soundcheck of the same show, which is patently untrue.
Of course it's appreciated when people post new things here, but you can't be making up dates and being curt to a moderator asking to cite your source in the interest of transparency and accuracy.
"..." is not an appropriate response - if you want to dangle the carrot, go to the sycophantic masses on Facebook who are happy to feed from the trough without critique. This is not the place for such rudeness and arrogance.
One more transgression and I'm shutting this thread down.

But I doubt all the ones labelled as "soundcheck" are as such, as Roger is wearing two different shirts.
Unless it's from multiple dates?
John's attire makes me think they are from the soundcheck. Never seen him dressed so casually before 77. Of course - that's clear.
But irrespective to whether it's soundcheck or a gig, it's clearly two different nights for the reasons I pointed out above.

My point was that I don't think John would be wearing that in an actual performance in 1975.

All I'm saying is the two photos of Roger in white are not from that same soundcheck.

Might the lighting be different in either shot? I can't tell if the light might be trained more on Roger in that solo shot than it is in the trio shot. EDIT: I take it back, they're definitely different shirts.

This is a fabulous shot from the ANATO tour (although digitally mangled), posted on some facebook page with no accompanying info.
Anyone have any idea of the date or who the photographer is ? It could be a rigger on the job, or a fan in a balcony with a good zoom.

I found this after doing an image search . It could have been posted on FB from this bootleg CD. www.discogs.com/Queen-Dundee-1975/release/14240630

All the more frustrating that it's bootleggers - that basically puts us back at square one.

Just because the image is on a bootleg for a show, doesn't mean it's from that particular show. Hell, even the image on the front cover of "Live at the Rainbow" was taken at a show outside of the concerts featured on that release.

It's fairly common that people scan their photo slides inside out. I just missed this one.

Found this photo from Facebook, no further information on it as of yet. But by looking, Mack is in the studio with Queen and it looks to be on the same day that the Flash Gordon music video was shot. They're all wearing very similar clothes to the video shoot, see video below. There's also a video camera to the left side! Edit, found another photo from the same day. -Chin

On a photo uploading spree tonight it seems. Most of these I'm taking from Facebook, so unless I say otherwise that's where they come from. Credit to Geraint Briscoe from Facebook. These photos are apparently from Buffalo 1978 and they aren't any listed on QueenLive.ca, however, after a quick look John's pink jacket does match up with the 8mm. Not that that's much to go off. Again, with all my posts, attempting to put them in chronological order and also forgive me if there's any duplicates, I don't keep up with this great thread. -Chin

These photos are apparently from Buffalo 1978 and they aren't any listed on QueenLive.ca I'm flattered that you seem to see my website as some sort of authority on the matter, but the reality is it contains less than 5% of the Queen live photos that exist - there's always far more than we'll ever know about.

The guy in the yellow does look like Mike Hodges. Well spotted! These two photos were taken at Anvil Studios in London, October 1980. Although the presence of Mack and a video camera is a bit confusing.
