This ended up on a Brazilian TV news story. It's amazing and terrifying, but I can't stop wondering what if Brian and Roger were insane enough to try using AI Freddie on new tracks...

Idk if this counts like a AI for a DeepFake voice, but is from the biopic of Elton, Rocketman, all songs was perfomaced by Taron Egerton and sounds interesting hear this versions with Elton John Voice from 1970!

I gave it a listen and as Nuppiz wrote above, it seems unconvincing. This technology is terrifying but AI Freddie singing K-pop lacks his very characteristic sound, vibrato is not there and so on. Maybe in a few years' time the technology will become so good that whole albums will be created using AI, not only vocal tracks but drum tracks and guitar tracks generated ("composed") by AI. Can you imagine AI Brian's The Old Lady ? |
